I would like to introduce myself and tell you briefly about my company Ink Jet Repair II.  My name is Tim Kelley and I have worked in the packaging industry for over 21 years as an Operations and Maintenance Manager.  I understand the importance of not only eliminating lengthy downtime but also costly repairs.
